In such cases, we fetch and store whatever information is made available to us by you through these sign-in services. You may also choose to provide other personal information such as a short bio about you, your location, your website, or a picture, your preferences such as time zone and language. Your name, your photograph (if provided), your website, location, gender, age and other such information will be available for public viewing on the Website. However, your email address or phone number or contact details will not be available for public viewing until explicitly informed to you. You can modify some of the information associated with your account in your profile page or by contacting Help centre.

(ii) Public Content Information you provide through our Services for public consumption, including your incident reports, expert-advise, opinions, reviews, photos, videos, check-ins, comments, likes, helpful votes, Events, bookmarks, friends, lists, compliments, and account profile. We may display this information through the Service, share it with businesses, and further distribute it to a wider audience through third party sites and services.

(iii) Contacts You can invite your friends to join the Service by providing us with their contact information, or by allowing us to access your contacts from your computer, mobile device, or third party sites to select which friends you want to invite. If you allow us to access your contacts, we may use that information long enough to process your invitations.

(iv) Communications When you sign up for an account or participate in a survey, poll, sweepstakes, contest or promotion scheme; Or you request for certain features (e.g., newsletters, updates or other products), you are opting to receive messages from other businesses, and Tripscam. You can manage some of your communication preferences by clicking “Unsubscribe” in the communications, but you cannot opt out of receiving certain administrative, transactional, or legal messages from Tripscam. We may also track your actions in response to the messages you receive from Tripscam or through the Service, such as whether you deleted, opened, or forwarded such messages. We may also store information that you provide through communications from phone calls, letters, emails and other electronic messages, or in person to us regarding careers, feedback, advertising, business and relate matters.

(b) Information collected by us

(i) Transactional Information If you initiate a reservation, purchase, booking or similar transaction through Tripscam, we may collect and store information about you, for example your name, phone number, address, emails, and credit card information, as well as any other details you provide to us. The information collected will be used to process your transaction, send communications to you about the transactions to you, and populate forms for future transactions. This information may be shared with third parties for the same purposes. Tripscam does not disclose your personal information to third parties for the purpose of directly marketing their services to you without explicit permission from you regarding such disclosure. If credit card numbers are submitted during the transaction, we will encrypt that information using industry standard technology. If you write reports about products or businesses with which you transact through the Service, we may publicly display the fact that you transacted with those businesses.

(ii) Activity We may store information about your use of the “Services”, for example search activity, pages viewed by you along with date and time of your visit, and purchases you make through the Tripscam website. We also may store information that your mobile device or computer provides to us in connection with use of Tripscam services, such as your type of computer or mobile device, operating system, language and type of browser, IP address, mobile carrier, phone number, unique device identifier, MAC address, advertising identifier, location (including geolocation and GPS location), and requested and referring URLs. You may be able to disallow our use of certain location data through your device or browser settings.

(iii) Information collected using automatic data collection technologies We may automatically collect certain information about the computer or devices (including mobile devices) you use to access the Services, and about your use of the Services, even if you use the Services without registering or logging in. This includes details including traffic data, location data, logs and other communication data and the resources that you access through our Services. We may further collect information of the URL of the last web page you visited before visiting our websites.
